How does knowing that we are at the 'toenails' of history effect the way that you think and act - or at least, how we should think and act?

All I know is that we need to honor God in whatever we do, even if it is not a good thing to do. We always need to pray before we do something.
Well I think about the generations of people that will come after us (if God doesn't come before that) and I try to act as if they are watching me because their going to look back at what we did for an example.
I think if we even knew that we would be part of history in the future we would definitely try to be the best person you could be. you wouldn't want people passing on that you were selfish or rude.
Umm... sorry I couldn't readt 'toenails'. I mean I had to read the thing. So ya. But I guess moonwalker I love you idea of the answer it helped me understand the question. Yes, I think your right. I should honore God in all I do because my sister can be really annoying but I should still honor God and not hope she'll go skin her knee. (Whoops!!)
We should always pray and we should not say the name in vane.And always be nice to others and God/Jesus.
I think that we sould think about GOD in all things that we do,no mater where history is.
We should act like we are ready for Christ to come. We also should be telling others about Him.
If we knew that we were going to go down in history someday then I would be the best kind, loving person and go down as a true Christian.
Because we love God and we really should act how God want's us to act.
Personaly, hearing "toenails of time" is kinda frekin me out.
But I am nice, and I dont get on the computer on Sabath, and I love Jesus. So yeah im not to worryed that I won't go to Heaven.
I feel like I need to be careful of what I say.
It dosn't efect me at all.
It makes me wanna not think about tonails.
