That Job only loved God because of the blessings He gave him.
Satan was trying to prove by testing Job because Satan wanted to show God that Job would back away from God when Satan was doing bad things to Job, but we all know it diddn't work.
Good question, because Satian (aka the EVIL one) was jealous of God's (aka the AWESOME one) power therefore he wanted power and tested job because he wanted to see if God would let it happen and if job would cruse God's name.
He was trying to prove that job wasn't a very good trusting man!
That Job didn't really love God.
That Job was just praseing GOd because of all the things that God had given Job.
I think that Satan was trying to prove that not all of God's children loved him from the heart but only because of the all the things that God gives his children.
To see if he would listen to him instead of obeying God.
to see if he would be evil just like him.
Satan was trying to prove to God that Job only loved God for the riches he gave him.
Satan was trying to prove that Job only put all his faith in God and loved God because of what God gave him.
Caues he was trying to let job cures God but God new he will never cures him caues he loved him.
He was trying to see if job would stay true to God, and if he would curse him.
I don't know maybe he wanted to prove that God wasn't going to win this thing. I wonder why he ever tried cause God is always in control. I agree with
hersheysgirl165. Oh and I love hersheys there so good.
Satan tryed to prove to Jesus that anyone can curse him, even if they worship him. Insted of that Job did not curse God instead Job prayed.
Satan was trying to prove to God that anyone can curse the name of God even if they love him with all his heart.
